*Uplift Guarantee:
To qualify for RipeGlobal’s $100/hour production uplift guarantee, participants must complete the full DAPPr program—including all lectures, events, and assessments—to a standard deemed satisfactory by RipeGlobal educators. Dentists or DSOs must submit complete production data for the 12 months prior to enrollment and a minimum of 6 months post-program. The guarantee is met if the associate achieves one or more months of production that exceeds their prior 12-month average by $100/hour or more. Data must be accurate, verifiable, and submitted within 12 months of program completion. Additional terms may apply.
