Media Release & Testimonial Consent Waiver
By attending a RipeGlobal Live Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Consent to Recording
You consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded (including audio recordings) during the course. - Use of Media
You grant RipeGlobal Pty Ltd (“RipeGlobal”) a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, video footage, audio recordings, testimonials, or written statements featuring you for marketing, educational, promotional, and commercial purposes. - Scope of Use
This may include use on RipeGlobal’s website, social media channels, advertising materials, digital campaigns, presentations, sales materials, and partner communications. - No Compensation
You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for the use of such materials. - Waiver of Approval
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the materials in which you appear. - Release of Claims
You release and hold harmless RipeGlobal from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of such materials, including claims relating to defamation, privacy, or moral rights.
If you do not wish to be recorded or have your image/testimonial used, you must notify RipeGlobal in writing prior to or at the commencement of the course.
