This course is delivered online. It combines self-paced online lecture content with a live online simulation training session, where participants complete practical exercises and receive real-time guidance and feedback from educators.
You'll need access to a RipeGlobal manikin and typodont, a camera or quality smartphone for submitting photographs, a computer with internet access, and the instruments and materials commonly used for ceramic veneer procedures. This includes handpieces, burs, flowable composite, bis-acryl temporary material, PVS putty, reduction burs, curing light, and putty guides for reduction and temporisation.
You will also need materials such as composite resin, curing light, bis-acryl temporary material, PVS putty, polishing systems and photography equipment.
Participants can rent the required manikin and typodont, or choose to purchase them outright for an additional cost.
The live simulation training session runs for 6 hours. Participants should also complete the online lecture content beforehand to ensure they're prepared for the practical exercises and maximise the value of the hands-on training.
