RipeGlobal 5th Birthday Sale & Giveaway Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the RipeGlobal 5th Birthday Sale and Giveaway (“Campaign”) organized by RipeGlobal Pty Ltd (ACN 640 129 148) (“RipeGlobal”). By participating in the Campaign, including the Giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Campaign includes a limited-time discount on annual memberships and a chance to win a lifetime RipeGlobal membership. RipeGlobal reserves the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant entries and to modify or terminate the Campaign at its discretion.

2. Campaign Period

29 April 2025 – 14 May 2025

RipeGlobal reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign period at its discretion.

3. Eligibility
   To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must:

• Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Hold or purchase a valid RipeGlobal annual Starter or All Access membership during the Campaign period.
• Be a resident of a country where such promotional giveaways are legally permitted.
• Not be an employee of RipeGlobal or an immediate family member of one.

4. Sale Offer
   During the Main Sale period (1–14 May 2025), customers can purchase RipeGlobal annual memberships (Starter or All Access plans only) at a 55% discount.
   
   
5. Giveaway Details

• All individuals who purchase or currently hold an active annual Starter or All Access membership during the Campaign period will automatically receive one entry into the Giveaway.
• The prize is one lifetime All Access membership to RipeGlobal, valued at the current full retail rate of an All Access membership over a typical dental career span.
• The winner will be drawn at random after the sale ends, with the announcement to follow within 14 days.
• RipeGlobal reserves the right to offer additional entries as part of a mini challenge or promotional activation during the Campaign.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance

• The winner will be notified via the email associated with their membership account.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 business days of notification.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this timeframe, RipeGlobal reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

7. Rights and Ownership
   By participating in the Giveaway:

• You grant RipeGlobal the right to use your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
• You acknowledge that any visual content created for the Campaign (e.g., AI-generated images, photoshoots, and testimonials) may be used across RipeGlobal’s marketing channels.

8. Liability
   Subject to applicable law:

• RipeGlobal is not responsible for technical errors, delayed entries, or failures of any kind that may limit participation in the Campaign.
• RipeGlobal shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense resulting from participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prize.
• RipeGlobal’s liability for any breach of a term implied by law is limited to the replacement of the prize or reimbursement of the value of the membership.

9. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RipeGlobal and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your participation in the Campaign or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
10. Privacy and Personal Information

• RipeGlobal will use and retain personal information of participants to administer the Campaign, verify eligibility, and contact winners.
• All personal information will be handled in accordance with RipeGlobal’s Privacy Policy.

11. Disqualification
    RipeGlobal reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who submits false or misleading information.
    
    
12. Force Majeure
    If the Campaign is disrupted due to circumstances beyond RipeGlobal’s control (including but not limited to cyberattacks, technical failures, or government restrictions), RipeGlobal may cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign.
    
    
13. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
    
    
14. General

• Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
• RipeGlobal reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
