"I began my journey in photography using Sony cameras before I was a dentist - starting during Sony’s introduction of SLT’s instead of SLR’s. Whilst using Sony for dentistry in those early days was limited and full of compromise, following their introduction of full frame mirrorless cameras to the world it’s improved and there is now a thriving and mature ecosystem around the brand, enabling its use in dental documentation. I’ve stuck with them through the good and bad and am excited to share the current state, as well as discuss the history and misconceptions which persist."
