The Rapid Efficient Treatment Planning (RETP) live sessions are a two-day, in-person intensive where dentists are guided through key principles of streamlined case planning alongside discussions on mindset, communication, and goal setting. By learning practical frameworks and observing how to approach a wide range of cases, dentists gain clarity and structure that they can carry into their daily practice, helping them plan more efficiently, communicate more effectively with patients, and approach treatment with greater confidence.

The Posterior Restorative module focuses on building the essential skills and confidence needed to deliver efficient, high-quality dentistry in the back of the mouth. Combining hands-on simulation with targeted lectures, the module strengthens core foundations while introducing advanced restorative concepts and techniques. Dentists are guided to improve their clinical precision, recognise areas for growth, and enhance patient comfort and communication. The overall aim is to create predictable, streamlined workflows that boost both productivity and confidence in posterior restorative care.

Advance your skills in esthetics and functional anterior work. This module focuses on:
✅ Completing mock-ups, prepping six anterior teeth, and creating temporaries
✅ Building esthetic confidence through structured repetition
✅ Practicing modern anterior restorative techniques in a safe, hands-on format
✅ Anterior focused lectures

Dentists will be guided and mentored through the whole process via the RipeGlobal 24/7 community space (for a period of 2 years). Dentists, educators and mentors from all aspects of dentistry and from all over the world are able to assist with case planning, clinical and non-clinical questions and even help set up your clinical camera and what materials work best for what clinical situations.

The learning is only limited by your ability to interact and ask questions. Dentists will attend monthly accountability check-ins during the course (over 4 months), giving them dedicated time to reflect, track progress, and take ownership of their own learning, which strengthens commitment, self-discipline, and long-term growth.
