Minimally Invasive Indirects Bootcamp

Onlays, Overlays, and Crowns for the Modern Dentist

AU/NZ Bootcamp Details:

WHERE: In Your Clinic, Delivered Virtually

WHEN: Saturday, 28 February 2026

EDUCATOR: Dr Michael Frazis

COST: AUD$4,100

This high-impact training program is designed for busy general dentists who want to build confidence in minimally invasive indirect restorative techniques, without compromising on quality or efficiency.

Whether you are new to onlays or looking to refine your overlay and crown protocols, this course equips you with the clinical reasoning, preparation principles, and hands-on workflows needed to integrate modern indirects seamlessly into everyday practice.

You will gain immediately applicable skills through clear, technique-driven video demonstrations and real clinical walkthroughs that make it easy to implement what you learn straight away.

Indirect restorations are powerful tools, but many dentists feel underprepared to use them confidently.

Traditional education often focuses on outcomes, not decision-making. Perfection, not predictability. Theory, not workflow.

The Minimally Invasive Indirects Bootcamp bridges that gap by focusing on:

  • Conservative, tooth-preserving preparation principles
  • Predictable workflows you can repeat day after day
  • Efficient techniques that support real-world practice pressures

This is not about adding complexity. It is about clarity, control, and confidence.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for general dentists who want to improve confidence and predictability with minimally invasive indirect restorations, whether you are early in your career or looking to refine existing protocols.

Do I need prior experience with onlays or overlays?

No. The course is suitable for dentists new to indirect restorations as well as those seeking to optimise their workflows.

What is the difference between the Self-Led and Live Hands-On options?

Both options include the same core lecture and clinical demonstration content.

Self-Led Hands-On allows you to complete the lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises entirely on your own schedule, with no fixed dates or live sessions.

Live Hands-On includes the same lecture content, plus a scheduled live simulation session with an educator, where you complete the hands-on component in real time and receive guided instruction.

The Live Hands-On option is designed for dentists who want guided, practical execution and real-time feedback on their preparations.

Is this course fully online?

Yes. Both formats are delivered online. The live hands-on option includes a real time simulation session completed from your own surgery.

How much time do I need to commit during the week?

Most participants complete the theory and demonstration content in short, focused sessions across the week. The course is designed to fit around full clinical days, with the live simulation held on a Saturday.

What equipment will I need?

The typodont and manikin (for live hands-on participants) are provided.

We are not supplying corresponding consumables. You will need standard clinical instruments used for indirect preparations.

Does the live hands-on session need to be completed in a clinic?

Yes. The live hands-on simulation must be completed in a clinical environment.

You will need:

  • Access to a surgery room during the live session

  • Standard dental unit air and water

  • Your usual consumables and instruments used for indirect restorations

The session cannot be completed at home unless you independently organise an air and water unit, air compressor, and all required clinical consumables.

When should I enrol if I choose the Live Hands-On option?

We recommend enrolling well in advance to allow sufficient time for the manikin, typodont, and teeth to be shipped to your clinic prior to the live simulation session.

How long do I have access to the content?

Participants receive lifetime access to the lecture and demonstration content they purchase. This allows you to revisit techniques, workflows, and clinical principles at any time.

Is this CE or CPD accredited?

CE/CPD accreditation details will be confirmed closer to enrolment.
