'Spin To Win' Competition terms and conditions

 

These terms and conditions and the entry details govern the Promotion.

 

Promotion:

Spin to Win – ADX Brisbane 2025

 

Promoter:

Ripe Global Pty Ltd, ACN 640 129 148, Windmill Square, Shop 8/14 See St, Bargara QLD 4670, Australia.

 

Promotional Period:

• Start date: 20/03/2025 - 10AM AEST
• End date: 22/03/2025 - 5PM AEST

Eligible Entrants:

The Promotion is open to any individual who meets all the following criteria (each, an Entrant):

• Entry is only open to Australian residents.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older and a practicing dentist.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Spin to Win activation at ADX Brisbane 2025, enter their details into the form, consent to receiving marketing information and spin the prize wheel. Each entrant is limited to one (1) spin per day, unless they have a valid raffle ticket, which grants an additional spin.

If the entrant lands on ‘Fellowship’, the entrant will go into the draw for a chance to win a RipeGlobal Fellowship.

Any entry not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions is automatically invalid. RipeGlobal reserves the right to accept or reject non-compliant or incomplete entries in its sole discretion.

Entries Permitted:

• Only one (1) entry per person per day unless the entrant possesses a raffle ticket, which allows for an additional spin.

Total Prize Pool:

• Up to AUD $45,000

Prize Conditions:

• The Fellowship prize must be redeemed within two (2) years from the date of acceptance.
• Fellowship will be chosen by the Winner after a consultation with RipeGlobal course advisors.
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
• Prizes cannot be applied to any other offer.

 

Winner Notification:

• The winner for the Fellowship will be announced live at ADX Brisbane on 22nd March 5pm.
• Winners will be contacted via phone and email within 14 days of the draw.
• Winner names may also be published on RipeGlobal’s social media platforms.

 

Unclaimed Prizes:

• Winners must accept their prize within 14 days (by 6 April 2025).
• If the winner does not claim their prize by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a runner-up.
• In the event that the runner-up does not accept, the prize may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Promoter.

General Terms & Conditions

1. By entering, entrants agree to these Conditions of Entry and acknowledge that participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. The Promotion is only valid during the Promotional Period and at ADX Brisbane 2025.
3. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Employees of RipeGlobal and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. If any winner chooses not to accept their prize, it will be forfeited, and no alternative will be offered.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. RipeGlobal reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
8. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and may use the entrant’s information for marketing purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications related to prize winnings.
