MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview

RipeGlobal Membership provides subscribers with access to a curated library of educational content, which may include virtual lectures, podcasts, masterclasses, and pre-recorded sessions.

2. Billing and Payment

2.1 Membership Fees are payable in advance and may be billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan selected at the time of enrolment.
2.2 All charges will be automatically debited from the nominated payment method linked to the subscriber’s RipeGlobal account.

3. Cancellation

3.1 Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
3.2 To avoid further charges, written notice of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
3.3 Cancellations will take effect at the conclusion of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Membership Fees are non-refundable, except in the event that RipeGlobal is no longer able to provide the Membership service.
4.2 In such a case, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription.
4.3 A refund may also be requested within seven (7) days of the renewal of a subscription; refunds requested outside this period will not be granted.

5. Amendments to Fees

5.1 RipeGlobal reserves the right to amend Membership Fees by providing no less than one (1) calendar month’s written notice, except where a shorter notice period is required by law.

FELLOWSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview

Fellowship programs offered by RipeGlobal provide structured and advanced educational experiences, which may include virtual hands-on training, equipment or materials delivery, assessments, and academic support services.

2. Enrolment and Payment

2.1 Enrolment in a Fellowship constitutes the purchase of Paid Content.
2.2 Fellowship Fees may be paid either in full at the time of enrolment or through an approved payment plan.
2.3 All participants must ensure that payment arrangements are maintained in accordance with their selected payment schedule to retain access to Fellowship materials and sessions.
2.4 If a payment under an agreed payment plan fails and is not rectified within seven (7) days, access to all course materials and sessions will be withdrawn until the outstanding payment is resolved.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Withdrawal or cancellation from a Fellowship program by the participant;
  
  
• Cancellation or changes to any live virtual component of the program, unless required by law;
  
  
• Supplies of materials, hardware, or equipment related to the Fellowship program

3.2 Participants who withdraw or default on payments will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Transfers and Substitutions

4.1 Subject to RipeGlobal’s approval, an enrolment may be transferred to another participant provided:

• The original participant has not accessed any course content; and
  
  
• A suitable replacement is nominated (An administrative fee may apply for such transfers.)
