RipeGlobal Birthday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern entry into the RipeGlobal Birthday Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter
The Promotion is conducted by RIPEGLOBAL PTY LTD, ABN 34 640 129 148, with its main business location in QLD 4670, Australia (“the Promoter”).
The Promoter’s official social media account for the Promotion is @RipeGlobal on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or any other relevant platform used by the Promoter for the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 11 May 2026 at 9:00am AEST and closes at 31 May 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (“the Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals worldwide who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Promotion is lawful in their country, state, province, territory or jurisdiction of residence.
Employees, contractors, officers and directors of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and any agencies or third parties directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must have a valid social media account on the platform used to enter.
If an entrant’s account is private, they must ensure their entry can be verified by the Promoter. The Promoter may request screenshots or other reasonable proof of entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to deem an entrant ineligible if the Promotion is prohibited, restricted, or subject to registration, licensing, bonding, translation, tax withholding or other requirements in the entrant’s jurisdiction that the Promoter cannot reasonably comply with.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
a. Follow @RipeGlobal on the relevant social media platform, if not already following.
b. Like the official Birthday Giveaway post.
c. Tag three dental friends in the comments on the official Birthday Giveaway post.

Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment will count as one additional entry, up to a maximum of five entries per person per platform.

Entrants may receive one bonus entry by sharing the official Birthday Giveaway post to their Stories. To be eligible for the bonus entry, entrants must tag @RipeGlobal in the Story or provide a screenshot if requested by the Promoter.

Each tagged account must belong to a real person. Duplicate tags, business accounts, celebrity accounts, bot accounts, inactive accounts, spam accounts or irrelevant tags may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

Automated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent, or third-party entries will be deemed invalid.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize
One winner will receive:
a. One ticket to a RipeGlobal Rapid Efficient Treatment Planning event, valued at $2,000 USD.
 b. One travel voucher valued at USD $1,000 or the approximate equivalent in the winner’s local currency at the Promoter’s discretion.

The total prize pool is valued at approximately $3,000 USD.
The Rapid Efficient Treatment Planning ticket is valid for any RipeGlobal Rapid Efficient Treatment Planning event held within 12 months of the winner being notified, subject to availability.
Unless expressly stated, the prize does not include flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, insurance, spending money, visas, taxes, incidentals, or any other costs associated with attending the event or redeeming the prize.
The travel voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider. Blackout dates, booking restrictions, availability restrictions and expiry periods may apply.
The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to travel, if required, including obtaining any necessary passports, visas, travel documents, insurance, approvals or permissions.
The winner is responsible for any tax implications, duties, fees, currency conversion charges or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize, unless otherwise required by law.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
If the winner is unable to accept or redeem the prize for any reason, including travel restrictions, visa issues, scheduling conflicts or inability to attend an eligible event, the Promoter is not obliged to provide a substitute prize, cash alternative, or compensation.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 5 June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s business location.
The first valid entry randomly drawn will be deemed the provisional winner, subject to verification by the Promoter.
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7. Winner Notification and Redraw
The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform of entry within 48 hours of the draw.
The winner must respond within five business days of being notified and provide any information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If the winner does not respond within five business days, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Any redraw will take place on 19 June 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s business location.
The first valid entry randomly drawn in the redraw will be deemed the provisional winner, subject to verification by the Promoter.
The redraw winner will be notified by direct message on the platform of entry within 48 hours of the redraw.
The winner’s name, country and/or social media handle may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels on or around 5 June 2026.

8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, location, account ownership, and completion of entry requirements.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting the winner, awarding the prize, and related promotional activities.
Personal information may be collected from entrants located outside Australia and may be processed in Australia or other countries where the Promoter or its service providers operate.
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, awarding the prize, and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ripeglobal.com/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy laws.
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, social media handle, entry content, image, likeness and/or comments for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with the Promotion, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.
Participants release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta, and any other relevant social media platform from any liability arising in connection with the Promotion.

11. General Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, or incorrectly submitted entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, platform outages, internet issues, account restrictions, privacy settings, or other circumstances that may affect a participant’s ability to enter or the Promoter’s ability to verify an entry.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, subject to any applicable laws and regulatory approvals.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or claim suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
