James is a RipeGlobal educator who resides and practices in Singapore. He founded his boutique dental clinic, Shuang Dentistry, on the ethos of providing quality dentistry in all aspects of his practice. This “holistic” mindset has led him to providing care in implant and tooth borne restorative rehabilitations with digital dentistry and prosthetically driven treatment planning.

He is passionate about raising awareness of dental sleep medicine/TMJ conditions and the immense role of the dentist for the early detection of sleep disordered breathing and firmly believes in the goal to look upstream for early interventional strategies.

Dr Yap is excited to join a roster of world class clinicians at RipeGlobal who are passionate in teaching and sharing knowledge with the next generation.
