We use excuses like: good dentistry is time consuming, not cost efficient, the patient does not need such excellent work, or we don't feel talented enough.

Dr Mindaugas spent 5 years developing a simple technique after he experienced a fair share of failure when he used complex approaches to create beautiful posterior fillings. He decided that if he wanted to make something beautiful and in a timely manner, he had to design a simple and effective technique to replace the ones he had tried and failed.
