Aligner Workflows Simplified: Consistency from Consult to Conclusion With Dr. Marcela Duran

Aligner therapy becomes far more predictable when you have clear, repeatable systems guiding every stage of treatment. It is not just about the software or the trays. It is about the way you structure your appointments, communicate with patients and review cases from home. In this live masterclass, Dr Marcela Duran reveals the complete workflow she uses to simplify aligner treatment and deliver consistent, high quality results from consult to refinement. Drawing from years of hands-on experience in a busy clinical environment, this session shows you how to run efficient first appointments, collect comprehensive records and create structured planning habits that save time and reduce stress. You will learn how to bring order, clarity and predictability to treatments that often feel disorganised and difficult to manage. This lecture explores how to simplify and standardise your aligner workflow, covering: - How to run efficient, structured first appointments that set the foundation for success - What records to collect and how to collect them systematically every time - How to plan and review aligner cases from home using a predictable, repeatable workflow - Practical strategies for communication, scheduling and managing refinements without overwhelm By the end of this session, you will understand how to: - Build predictable, repeatable systems for every stage of aligner care - Reduce inefficiencies through structured planning and streamlined communication - Manage refinements with confidence while keeping cases on track - Deliver a clearer, more consistent patient experience from the first consult to the final refinement

Anterior Composite: Shape, Polish & Light - Practical Strategies for Predictable Aesthetic Success

with Dr. Sam Cope

Anterior composites rarely fail because of the material. They fail because of shape and light.

Small errors in line angles, contour and surface texture can make restorations look dull or artificial, even when shade and bonding are correct.

In this masterclass, Dr Sam Cope will share a practical framework for controlling shape, polish and light reflection to create natural, predictable anterior composites across different systems.

Clear principles. Repeatable decisions. More consistent aesthetic results.

By the end of this masterclass, you will be able to:

  • Identify why anterior composites look dull or unnatural

  • Control light reflection through shape and surface design

  • Improve polish and finishing for long-term aesthetics

  • Achieve faster, more consistent outcomes

“Early in my career, I believed aesthetic success came from using the ‘right’ composite or layering technique. Yet despite good bonding and accurate shade selection, some restorations still looked dull or unnatural. The turning point came when I shifted my focus from materials to shape, surface texture and light interaction. By simplifying my approach and understanding why restorations looked wrong, my results became far more predictable and efficient. This lecture reflects those lessons from practice and teaching.”
